LOCATION: The Penthouse is located just to 200 meters from Las Ramblas. The plaça Catalunya is to 10 minutes walking and the beach to 15 minutes.

DESCRIPTION: The Penthouse combining new appliances with antique furniture to give it a comfortable feel with a modern touch. It is overall external view, full of sunshine and extremely tranquil with A/C and the lift gives you direct access to the Penthouse. At the front of the building are situated two bedrooms with two single beds each one, one bathroom and both bedrooms have balcony. At the back of the building there is other bathroom and the dining room has balcony with two chairs and one table. There is a kitchen equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook and from the kitchen there is a staircase leading up to the large private terrace and belong to the apartment with a big table, chairs and an umbrella.

AMENITIES: Elevator, two balcony, one terrace, TV, washer, heater, A/C, micro-wave, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, toaster, juice squeezer, coffee and tea pots and all necessary equipment for cooking. Towels, blankets and bed linens are provided.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT: The Subway (L1, green line, Liceu station) is to 2 minutes walking.

LOCALIZACIÓN: El ático está en pleno centro de la ciudad, a solo 200 metros de Las Ramblas, la avenida peatonal más importante de Barcelona donde siempre hay algo interesante que ver como las estatuas humanas en la calle, restaurantes, clubs, bares con terrazas, tiendas de flores, etc. La Plaza Catalunya está a 10 minutos andando y la playa a 15 minutos.

DESCRIPCIÓN: El ático combina detalles modernos y antiguos de decoración que le dan una sensación de confort y un toque moderno al mismo tiempo. Es muy soleado, todo exterior, muy tranquilo, con aire acondicionado y el ascensor le da acceso directo al interior de la vivienda. En la parte delantera del edificio se encuentran dos dormitorios con dos camas individuales cada uno, un baño y ambos dormitorios tienen balcón. En la parte trasera del edificio hay otro baño y el comedor que dispone de balcón con dos sillas y una mesa. Tiene una cocina equipada con todo lo necesario para cocinar y en la cocina hay una escalera que conduce a una gran terraza privada que pertenece al ático con una mesa, sillas y una sombrilla.

EQUIPAMIENTO: El ascensor le deja dentro del apartamento, suelos de parquet, dos balcones, terraza, TV, lavadora, calefacción, aire acondicionado, utensilios de cocina, nevera, plancha, microondas, tostadora, exprimidor, batidora, cafetera, paellas, ollas y todo el equipamiento necesario para cocinar. Hay ropa de cama, mantas y toallas.

TRANSPORTE PÚBLICO: El metro (L1, línea verde, parada Liceo) está a 2 minutos andando.

How do damage deposits work?
