Si quieres vivir en el corazòn de esta incredible ciudad eligieses sin dudas esto piso. Esto piso es localizado en una posiciòn muy centrica en una calle peatonal a 10 minutos de cammino por las Ramblas y del mercado de la Boqueria, del port y Maremagnum centro y a 15 minutos por las playas de Barceloneta. Da esto piso se puede ir por cada barrio en Barcelona en minutos, a pieds o alquilando una bici o con el metro que se trova a solo 5 minutos de camino.

El barrio es de la Barcelona la mas veja y historica, multicultural y donde vive gente de todo el mundo sociables y trabajadoras.

En la calle muchos sitios de musica da el vivo, bars, pubs, y supermercado de algunas tipos abiertos hasta la 21.00.

El piso todo renovado hace algunos años es muy luminoso, con mucho sol pero fresco.

Tiene bigas de madeiras antiguas y muy bonitas. Se compone de dos habitaciones, una con cama por dos personas, una con cama por una persona salon con doble sofa cama, cocina totalmente equipada con lavadora y microonda y bano con ducha.

The day after the guest arrival they wrote to me the sofa bed seemed to be broken. Didn't know anything about this so I told to the worker to go there to check it. That was true the guests left the apartment in the morning broke a rod where the mattress lays. The worker tried to fix it but it was impossible so the day after I bought a new sofa bed. I fixed the problem in the fastest possible way, anyway cause I realized it could be not so comfortable for the guests I didn't request them to pay the touristic city tax. They were happy for this, they said thanks and seemed to be happy. Nobody told me anything about the toilet, it worked well and it still works well. The double bedroom has three windows in the top of wall overlook over the living room, Many bedrooms are in this way in Barcelona so you can have light, air and quietness. I'm always very attentive and responsive to my guests need so I'm confused when first they say thanks but after they blame. Anyway the apartment is in perfect condition now but in the case you need something you can trust on me and on the persons workswith me. I'm glad the guests noticed the location is great!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Sasa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
