Villa Lucia è una splendida casa di campagna, recentemente ristrutturata, che si trova a pochi chilometri da Mondavio e Urbino, nella parte nord delle Marche. La proprietà si estende lungo il versante di una collina, immersa tra campi coltivati e oliveti, con una splendida vista sulla campagne circostanti.

Villa Lucia è una dimora perfetta per gli amanti del relax, grazie alla sua meravigliosa piscina ed alla location quieta e riservata, ma accontenta anche gli amanti del mare, che in soli 20 minuti d'auto possono raggiungere le spiagge del litorale adriatico, lunghe ben 180 chilometri, da Gabicce Mare alla foce del fiume Tronto, in cui si alternano spiagge di ghiaia, scoglio o sabbia finissima.

La villa si trova in posizione panoramica e riservata, circondata da un ampio giardino e dalla campagna marchigiana.

All'esterno si trovano un ampio portico, un gazebo ed un comodo parcheggio per 3-4 posti auto.

La piscina di forma rettangolare si trova in posizione assolata e panoramica, sul fronte delle villa. È circondata da un marciapiede pavimentato. L'area solarium si sviluppa sulla pavimentazione e sul prato. La piscina, dotata di area idromassaggio/mini piscina per bambini, è fornita di una doccia a riscaldamento solare.

Adiacente alla piscina è installato un gazebo che ombreggia un grande tavolo da pranzo con sedie ed un barbecue per cucinare. Villa Lucia è disposta su due piani e può ospitare fino a 14 persone.

La villa, interamente in mattoni, presenta ambienti ampi e luminosi, con pavimenti in cotto e soffitti con travi a vista in legno.

Il piano terra è composto da:

- un soggiorno con divani, poltrone, TV e camino;

- un locale studio con divano e tavolo;

- una grande cucina completamente attrezzata con forno, frigo-congelatore, lavastoviglie, microonde, macchina da caffè e tavolo da pranzo, con vista sulla piscina;

- una camera da letto matrimoniale;

- un bagno con doccia;

- un locale lavanderia, accessibile dalla cucina, con annesso un bagno con doccia.

Una scala interna, in cotto, conduce al piano primo in cui troviamo la zona notte composta da:

- due camere da letto matrimoniali;

- un bagno con doccia;

- una camera da letto quadrupla con bagno privato con doccia;

- una camera da letto quadrupla con bagno privato con vasca dotata di parete doccia.

Ogni ambiente della villa è dotato di aria condizionata, le finestre hanno le zanzariere e le pareti sono state accuratamente isolate, per permettere di avere il massimo confort interno.

Il prezzo di affitto include:

proprietà consegnata completamente pulita e corredata di biancheria e asciugamani; utenze (elettricità - acqua - gas per uso cucina); aria condizionata; Wi-Fi; pulizia giardino e piscina; polizza "Easy Rent" (copertura assicurativa aggiuntiva per danni accidentali all'immobile, fino al massimale di € 3.000,00 e con le limitazioni previste).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
