Villa Maura is situated in the village Campo Soriano, in a wild and rocky, within a protected area of national importance (natural monument of Campo Soriano), 365 meters above sea level.

Villa Maura is surrounded by greenery and tranquility, just 10 km from the sandy beach of the Riviera of Ulysses of Terracina, and 30 km from the Circeo National Park, Lake Paola and dunes of Sabaudia.

There are ferries to the islands of the Pontian with daily departure at the port of Terracina, 10 km.

Direct train for trips to Rome available at the railway station of Terracina.

Train excursions in Naples available at the station Priverno-Fossanova, 12 km.

Villa Maura is composed of 5 rooms for a total of 140 square meters on two levels:

Ground floor: living / dining room with 1 double sofa bed, open fireplace and TV (satellite), kitchenette with electric / gas (4 hotplates, oven), 1 bathroom with shower and bidet; 1st floor: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom suite with double bed + 1 single bed and bathroom.

Outside there is a patio, a courtyard, an oven with barbecue, a tennis court and 3,000 sqm of land with olive trees.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Maura (the owner) a message.

    If Maura (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
