From the owner

Completely renovated Villa/farm comfortably well equiped, with big terrace on south slope with unique view over the mountains. In winter time 150 meters from the skibus which brings you in 10 minutes to the largest ski-resort in the Pyreneees. In summer time in the heart of rich activity area and at the border of the national park, such as walking, biking, vtt, parasailing, bungee jumping, rafting, canyoning, fishing or just read a book and enjoy the view.

In the French Pyrenees, just outside of the village of Barèges, you can find our newly renovated chalet: "Petit Barzun". The chalet has a unique location on the south side of the mountain, which means that you have sun on the large terrace in front of the house during most of the day. The farmhouse is off the highest quality in Barèges, we obtained 4 stars and 3 clefs from Clévacances.

The house has a splendid view on the valley from its position at 1200 meter above sea level. In the summer, there are lots of summer sports and mountain activities to do, in the winter the house is located on 150 meter of the free ski bus, which will bring you to the largest ski resort in the French Pyrenees (with more than 70 pistes/100 Km, more than 170 snow makers to ensure snow when you are there). The resort is just a few minutes on the other side of town. Our chalet is available for rent and will house 2 to 9 persons in 4 bedrooms. You can fly to nearby Pau and Lourdes with Air France, Ryannair and CityJet.

Pets are allowed for a €50 fee.
We expect you to do minimal cleaning. Hover the floors, remove your garbage and everything your brought, including food. Empty the dishwasher and fridge. Clean the fire place.

We can provide a complete holiday service at a fixed fee of €50 and we will do the above for you.The rest will be done by us, such as cleaning the sinks, toilets, bathrooms and kitchen.
We will provide you with bedlinnen and towels for the number of persons you indicate on the booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
