Located at the heart of this typically pyrenean village of Barèges, the flat offers you the maximum comfort for a perfect and serene stay. Easily accessible all year round, it is perfectly situated for the cycling fanatics to climb the famous Col du Tourmalet; trekkers will enjoy walking through many paths including the GR10 that runs through the length of the Pyrénées mountains; skiers will be able to enjoy over 100kms of the largest skiable domain of the Pyrénées... and to visit a number of prestigiously renowned sites such as Cirque de Gavarnie, Pic du Midi de Bigorre, Lourdes, and many more.

This spacious and modern apartment is on the ground floor of Residence Val des Thermes, fully renovated in 2013, in a typically old “Bariégeois” stone building in calm surrounding and very close to all amenities and the SkiBus Shuttle Bus Stop.

The flat has:

- Free WiFi;

- An American-style kitchen fully furnished with a fridge, dish-washer, micro-wave and conventional ovens, ceramic hob;

- The open area has a sofa bed (140), a flat screen tv, DVD player;

- The bedroom has a double bed (140) and a corner wardrobe;

- The bathroom has a walk-in shower, towels radiator, washing machine/dryer combined;

- A privately locked room for skis with ski/walking shoes electric dryer;

-A private designated parking space.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If JP (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
