O Capricho is a house with garden, with careful decoration and located very close to the beach. The distribution of the house is as follows: • It has 6 bedrooms with double beds and careful decoration, one of which has a balcony, bathroom and sea views. • The House also has four other bathrooms and hydromassage showers. • The kitchen, with rustic-style furniture, has a dining area and is fully equipped. The house has two floors. • The living room has a seating area with comfortable armchairs and furniture with television and DVD to watch your favorite movies. Outside, O Capricho has a beautiful fully equipped garden, with lareira, children's area with slide, table for six people, sun loungers and chairs for sunbathing and relaxing. Environment and activities of O Capricho Location: The house is located 700m. from the beach and with the view of the Sisargas Islands always present. The town has three beaches. In Barizo you can enjoy the tranquility and charm of the fishing port, as well as being one of the most beautiful areas of Galicia. Activities: In the town you can visit the Nariga Lighthouse, a very visited place, and the Siargas Islands, for this there is a boat that goes from Malpica to take people there, it is really worth visiting. You can also enjoy various activities such as: • cycling, • fishing, • hunting, • horse riding, • boat rides • hiking. In addition, it has several restaurants to taste the delicious seafood and fish of A Costa da Morte, a pleasure for our palate. In the surroundings we have fishing villages of interest to the traveler, such as: • Malpica, • Laxe, • Corme, etc. The House is located 10 minutes from Malpica City Hall, 20 minutes from Carballo, 40 minutes from Coruña and one hour from Santiago de Compostela.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jose Luis (the owner) a message.

    If Jose Luis (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
