We are just across the road from an European Blue Flag and Trip Advisor "Excellent" sandy beach with dunes, yet only a short walk to the train station, and the centre of town.This spacious 4 bedroom apartment sleeps up to 8 people. The living room is on the second floor of the terrace (reached by a single long flight of stairs with handrails, which some might find challenging). It has got panoramic sea views. The kitchen and back bedroom look out at the hills behind Barmouth. The kitchen has washer-drier and dishwasher. We have smart TV, DVD and Wi-Fi . We welcome well-behaved pets. We let from Saturday to Saturday.

    Well this was the 4th time we have been at Trem-y-Don and again its just an amazing holiday, the views over the beach are out of this world just spectacular. Already booked for 2024.

    I know Holly got upset by the allegations, but I can’t square her account with the facts. She told us quite a few things during her stay, but forgot that the loo was totally blocked with loo roll, and only mentioned the problems with cleanliness when we mentioned the blocked loo. We have never said our cleaners were dishonest. Occasionally people make minor complaints. Holly had by far the worst complaints from our cleaners who spent extra hours cleaning the place, and wanted a bonus from us If Holly had told us earlier (regardless of who blocked it) we could have come and fixed it, rather than passing the problem to the next guests. Holly didn’t have to pay the deposit because we took a day off to fix the broken Macerator ourself tself and save people money. The flat does not have notes about things that don’t work – just about how to use things properly. We feel this emotional review is unfair.
