The Ebenezer Hinckley House offers accommodations for 10 guests to discover this warm & inviting ( circa 1690 ) home with it s wide pine floors, Grand piano in the parlor, huge STUNNING kitchen w/granite counters, center island, gourmet stovetop, and sunny large dining area overlooking the pastoral backyard. Master suite has a Queen size bed, built-ins, wood floor and new bathroom with tile shower & double sinks.There is an additional full bath adjacent to the other bedrooms upstairs and a half bath on the first floor. Owners may consider small gatherings on premises such as bridal showers, etc. (limited parking) & this property is DOG FRIENDLY (with approval of size & breed).Village Coffee Shops, gift galleries, Comedy Club & Restaurants at your feet as well as the Whale Watch Ferries at Barnstable Harbor (Millway Beach) BARNSTABLE BEACH PASS PROVIDED ~ Handy to downtown Hyannis, CC Mall ,The Melody Tent & Ocean Street Docks! Wonderful historic home with all the amenities. Very comfortable & charming. Would definitely love to return.
