This beautiful private one bedroom suite in Villa Santa Barbara can has everything you need for a perfect vacation. It is located within an 8 minute walk to the seaside village, lose enough to everything but far enough away that it is peaceful and quiet. It has water on 3 of 4 sides, surrounded by the canal and you can watch the fisherman go by on the seaway and have fresh baked goods delivered daily to your private dock. Inside you will find a full kitchen with an island, living room with a queen size sofa bed that will sleep two guests with a private bedroom with King size bed and shutters that open out to the view if the living room and water and a private bathroom. Ask about adding another bedroom and bathroom Nov through May.

Outside you will have a private terrace with BBQ, comfortable lounging chairs, shared pool and palapa with bar and a fabulous out door kitchen.

Please note, managers are available on site to help need 24 hours 12 months a year and will be there to greet you with beverages and snacks upon arrival your arrival November through April 30th. Our place is a licensed business. When booking a rental it is important to find out if the place you rented is licensed. If it is not and the owners rent without a license and do not pay taxes, authorities are notified you may be told to leave. Always ask.

With concerns regarding Covid 19 we are doing everything we can to ensure you have a safe relaxing stay and have taken measures to protect our guest, staff and ourselves. We have hand sanitizer in guest accommodation and key areas and Physical distancing measures, contactless check-in/check-out as well as Guest accommodation sealed after cleaning. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Barbara (the owner) a message.

If Barbara (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
