Nestled in the a small country hamlet, a heritage home country charm. Located in Ski Country in the Winter and Lake Country in the Summer. Radiant floor heating in Winter and air conditioning in Summer. Enjoy a bon fire in the large back yard. 10 mins to City of Orillia and 20 mins to City of Barrie. Horseshoe Ski Resort 15 mins and Mount St. Louis Ski Resort 20 mins. Skating trails at Simcoe County Museum 20 mins and Discovery Harbor 20 mins. Summer enjoy our lakes mins away, enjoy biking, 3 min. drive to lake. Winter ! Snowshoeing and Cross Country Skiing and Downhill Skiing & access to Snowmobile trails, build snowmen, snow fort or snow angels in the yard. HAVE AN OLD FASHION CHRISTMAS IN THE COUNTRY. We have decorated inside & out. CHRISTMAS Don't have room for FAMILY DINNER at your home. Cook it here everything you need but the food. We will pick you up for a extra costs. Flying in or on via rail. We are close to Rama Casino

Our completely renovated century home use to be the Country General Store. You can watch a movie on dvd from our selection or play board games. Our kitchen is complete to make breakfast or dinner. You can relax in the sun porch or go outside to to our large yard. Go for a walk or go biking ( you need to supply bikes)

Special Treats! We will start a camp fire for you in our camp fire pit and supply all the goodies including marshmallows and sticks and ingredients for smores. Watch the stars perhaps see a falling star and make a wish. Stars shine brightest in the country. We have a bbq you can use at your leisure.

Close to Horseshoe Resort skiing & snow tubing & adventure park & biking. Moonstone Ski Resort for skiing and Hardwood Hills for biking and skiing.There is lots to do in the area and we are here to make your stay enjoyable. As we have lived in the area most of our lives.

GETTING AROUND

Only 20 min drive to GO Train that takes you to Toronto in 1 hr and 20 min. 5 min drive to lake you can swim in. 10 min to City of Orillia and 20 min to City of Barrie.

How do damage deposits work?
