This cottage is near many beaches and is only 20 minutes from the Centre of Cardiff. Looking out across the Vale of Glamorgan you can enjoy great views from the balcony. There are many activities and attractions to be enjoyed in the area including the stunning Glamorgan Heritage Coast.

Ground floor

Open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped and includes electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher , fridge freezer , washing machine and microwave.

The living area includes comfy sofas TV, DVD , ipod docking station and games console. The bi-folding doors open out on to balcony offering stunning views across the Vale.

Bedroom 1- King Bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath.

Bedroom 2 – Double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Garden

Large lawn area offering the sun at all times of the day. BBQ on site and there is also a secure bike storage shed and storage space for any sporting equipment.

Additional Information

Welcome pack on arrival includes tea, coffee, sugar, milk, home-made cakes and biscuits. Let us know if you're celebrating a special occasion and we will also include an extra surprise in your welcome pack.

Bed linen and towels provided.

Electric and heating included with underfloor heating throughout and controls in each room.

High chair, travel cot and stair gate available on request. Please bring your own bed linen for the cot.

Wi-fi available.

No pets and no smoking (there are kennels available on site if required).

The following items are also provided at the cottage for your stay… Kitchen: salt and pepper, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, new dishcloths and scourers, tin foil and cling film. Bathroom: liquid hand soap and 2 toilet rolls per toilet. General cleaning products: bleach, shower cleaner, anti bacterial spray etc.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
