Ce charmant studio d'environ 40m2 a conservé tout son cachet et peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 voyageurs.

La piscine commune est à votre disposition selon la saison.

Vous disposez d'un jardin privatif avec table, chaises et transat.

Vous pourrez aisément garer votre véhicule à proximité de votre logement dans le parking sécurisé et gratuit de la propriété.

Les animaux sont les bienvenus si déclarés et tenus en laisse.

Votre logement:

Le studio convient davantage pour 2 personnes car il n'y a qu'un grand lit 2 personnes mais un canapé-lit pouvant accueillir 2 personnes supplémentaires se trouve dans la même pièce et vous permet d'augmenter la capacité d'accueil à 4 personnes.

La literie est neuve et de qualité.

Les équipements:

Vous aurez tout le loisir de préparer de bons petits plats puisque ce logement bénéficie d'une cuisine équipé d'une hotte et de plaques à induction.

Les ustensiles de cuisine, les casseroles, les couverts et la vaisselle sont également fournis.

Dans la mesure du possible, nous essayons de toujours laisser à votre disposition le minimum pour cuisiner (huiles, vinaigre, sel, poivre, ketchup, moutarde...)

La salle de bain est équipée d'une douche et vient d'être intégralement refaite.

Un chauffage sèche-serviettes vous assurera de toujours avoir votre serviette chaude en sortant de la douche.

Bien que la propriété dispose d'un terrain clos de plus de 2500m2, vous aurez l'avantage lorsque le temps le permet de prendre vos repas en extérieur dans votre jardin privatif et de réaliser de superbes soirées grillades puisqu'un barbecue est à votre disposition.

Les activités:

Sur demande, nous fournissons des vélos (5€ par jour/pers.) afin de visiter notre magnifique petit village, suivre la Garonne, les vignes qui nous entourent, les nombreux châteaux de renom qui se trouvent partout autour de la propriété, les nombreuses forêts de pins et le magnifique Ciron.

Bref, de splendides promenades vous attendent pour des souvenirs inoubliables.

Non loin, vous pourrez visiter les nombreuses Cités Médiévales, les châteaux, les lavoirs, les églises et les commencement du Canal de Midi.

Les activités ne manquent pas:

Équitation, randonnées, Canoé kayak, plages, lacs...

Nous nous ferons un plaisir de vous renseigner sur les nombreuses activités et les moyens de restauration à votre disposition.

La situation géographique:

Le logement est situé à proximité immédiate de la gare et de la voie ferrée mais le logement est bien isolé et bénéficie du double-vitrage comme en témoignent les commentaires de nos très nombreux voyageurs passés par là.
