Villa Elciarelli can accomodate up to 12 guests for a family holiday, a holiday with friends or any other particular event that you wish to celebrate. Surrounded by vineyards, in the middle of a vast area of more than 4000 m² planted with roses, cyprus, olive and fruit trees, Villa Elciarelli, opposite the town of Orvieto, dominates a spectacular panorama of rolling hills reflected in Lake Corbara, and the valley of the Tiber which meanders all the way to the town of Todi. The imposing portico, the flowered terrace, the large swimming pool (12 x 6m), the garden abounding in flowers and shrubs reaching out to the olive groves and vines, all inviting you to a holiday in absolute peace and quiet. The bright and cool Villa will welcome you in the sophisticated and refined comfort of its bedrooms and four bathrooms. The villa is situated on a sloping hillside and can be rented out in its totality or in two completely independant apartments: each apartment has a separate entrance-one facing the hillside and the other facing the valley-together with external space ornated with flowers, garden table and chairs, deck-chairs and ample parking area. The huge kitchen, where we organize courses on demand, offers professional equipment for the preparation of pleasurable meals. And let’s not forget our traditional wood-fired oven and the two barbecue areas in the garden! The occupants share the swimming pool with the Roman owners who, during holidays and week-ends, live in another villa situated 200 m further away. The hillside together with the large trees and landscaping preserve the privacy of each villa. The peacefulness of the location is unique.
Entourée de vignobles, au milieu d’un vaste espace paysager de plus de 4000 m² planté de roses, de cyprès, d’oliviers et d’arbres fruitiers, Villa Elciarelli, en face de la ville d ‘Orvieto, domine le panorama spectaculaire du Lac de Corbara, des collines qui s’y reflètent, et de la vallée du Tibre qui serpente jusqu’à Todi.
Récemment restructurée avec beaucoup de soin, cette accueillante villa très confortable est à quelques mètres de la grande piscine (12 x 6m) avec pool-house comprenant un vestiaire, une salle de douche, des toilettes, et , sous le portique attenant, une cuisine d’été avec barbecue. Les alentours de la piscine et de la Villa Elciarelli sont fleuris et entretenus. La villa peut être louée dans sa totalité ou en deux appartements séparés et complètement indépendants: la villa se trouvant à flanc de colline, chaque appartement dispose d’une entrée de plain-pied à son niveau, l’une vers l’amont, l’autre vers l’aval, ainsi que d’un vaste espace extérieur abondamment fleuri offrant table et chaises de jardin, transats et plusieurs places de parking. Toutes les fenêtres des chambres à coucher sont équipées de moustiquaires. Les locataires partagent la piscine avec les propriétaires romains, qui habitent pendant les vacances et les week-ends une autre villa située à 200 m. Le relief, les grands arbres, la dimension et la disposition du jardin préservent l’intimité de chacun. Le calme est absolu.
