Apartment Adrian is newly renovated and is located on the ground floor of the family house in Baska Voda and 150 meters from the beach and the center. This apartment is 124 m² in size divided into 5 rooms. 2 bedrooms with 4 beds, living room with large living area and integrated bed for additional. 2 people. Veranda with rattan furniture offers you additional seating. The kitchen is spacious and has all appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, Saecco coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, blender and grill. Large table offers a cozy dining area for up to 6 people. On the balcony there is a grill, laundry stand and table with chairs. There is a storage room for loungers, parasols and mattresses as well as a deposit for drinks. The apartment is air-conditioned. Our guests can Free parking in front of the house. Beach, center, shops, restaurants, bars, bank, post office, doctor and pharmacy are within 50-200 meters. We wish you a relaxing holiday and look forward to welcoming you as our guests to the Adrian apartment. Children and small pets are welcome. Our apartment is directly accessible from the motorway. Airport transfer and breakfast can be booked. We offer you a quiet apartment from which you can reach the beaches and restaurants and bars in 5-10 minutes on foot and without a car spend an unforgettable and great vacation with your family.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jelena (the owner) a message.

If Jelena (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
