From the owner

The vacation house is situated in hamlet Batalaza of the village Ugljan on a island Ugljan near town Zadar. It is a ground-floor house that consists of three bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom,a living room and a terrace.

The house is surrounded by a big garden and an olive grove. The interior of the house has been renovated and fitted with an air-condition system, Cable TV set, WI_FI, radio device and has been decorated with unique artistic photographs and art paintings.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the cooking and eating appliances, a toaster and a refrigerator with a freezer.

The bathroom features a shower bath, a washing machine, water heater, hair-dryer as well as, of course, clean towels.

All the three bedrooms are fitted with nightstands, closets and double beds which can be, if needed, uncoupled into separate ones.

The vacation house can host 6 guests.

The terrace has a terrace furniture . Furthermore, a parking lot is provided in a yard at the back of the house.

The house itself is allocated in a very quiet family house district, 100 m away from the sea to which you arrive through a pinewood.

A beach on a pier, with benches and a shower is in a 100m distance east of the house, whereas to the north you can find a stony beach in a thick pine tree forest. The whole shore is suitable for swimming and sunbathing. Moreover, those who prefer solitude will easily find their peace in which they can enjoy the sun and the sea freely.

On the other hand, those seeking to explore the island can head to many of the picturesque places on the island of Ugljan, islands of Galevec and Osljak as well as Pasman which is connected to the island of Ugljan by a bridge.

Due to its proximity to the mainland, it is easily possible to take excursions to National parks Paklenica, Plitivice and Krka as well as ship trips to National park of Kornati and many other beautiful islands of the Zadar Archipelago: Dugi Otok, Silba, Iz and so on. The ferry traffic in the Zadars harbor is open until midnight.

Batalaza is a small place and cove on the island of Ugljan. It is located only 11 km north of Preko and with only 1070 inhabitants is one of 9 smaller municipalities of the town Ugljan in region of Dalmatia.

Apartments and general accommodation in Batalaza have privilege to lay in a charming place with coveted beaches and small pine forest. Beaches in Batalaza are small and charming, feeling almost privately your own. It is only 12 km from the nearest ferry-port – Preko and less than a kilometer from the town centar of Ugljan town. The road to Ugljan town is well lit and more than suitable for enjoyable evening walks along the seaside which can reveal many little rocky coves and pebble beaches. Nearby Batalaža, there are several summer houses of the aristocrat families from Zadar in north Dalmatia. The most beautiful of those are castel Califfi, castel Lipeus and Bartolozzi and castel Ponte. Along the cove Batalaza, remnants of an old roman villa have been found too, as remain of one of different empires and kingdoms that ruled Dalmatia.

How do damage deposits work?
