From the owner

A self-contained large studio flat within a Grade II Georgian house built in 1799 which has been recently renovated. It has a separate bathroom & fully fitted kitchen overlooking mature gardens. 15-minute walk to the city centre, FREE on-street parking, FREE Wifi, complimentary hamper & patio space to dine alfresco.

The studio is a generous space with a double bed, dining table and chairs, small sofa, Smart TV with built-in Netflix etc, iPod dock, hairdryer, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe.

The modern kitchen is fully fitted with Neff appliances, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, washer dryer and fully equipped with everything you need to make a delicious meal or a tasty snack.

The bathroom is spacious and modern with a bath and electric shower.

At the front of the property, there is a patio area with outdoor table and chairs. It's the perfect place to sit and read a book, watch the hot air balloons drift by or dine alfresco and as it is south facing it gets the afternoon and evening sun.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Annemarie (the owner) a message.

If Annemarie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
