This luxury villa is located in the prime tourist area, opposite Shangri-la's Rasa Sayang Hotel, along the main road of Batu Ferringhi. It is perched on elevated land and has sea views from the 2nd and 3rd floor of the villa. An outdoor dining table on the balcony of the 3rd floor allows you to enjoy breakfast with a sea view, for a perfect start to the day.

This villa comes with a large backyard and expansive front car porch. For the interior, open spaces set the mood with noticeable high ceilings in the living and dining areas. All rooms are rectangular to allow efficient usage of space. It includes private terrace that open out from the ensuite bathroom of the master bedroom and features double frontages and outdoor Jacuzzi. The built-up of this Villa measures 3,443 square feet (320 square metres).

The name “Bayu” means “breeze” in Malay. The villa more than lives up to its name as the ever-present sea breeze flows through the villa, putting its occupants immediately at ease and into a holiday-mood.

HD TVs are placed in the main living room, the master bedroom and living room on the 3rd floor. In addition, the main living room has a blu-ray player and XBox Kiinect that comes with approximately 50 game-titles, such as Star Wars, Fable the Journey, Forza Motorsport 4, The Adventures of Tintin, FIFA 13, Just Dance 4, Disneyland Adventures, Michael Jackson Experience, Ghost Recon, Marvel Avengers, Motion Sports Adrenaline, etc.

There is subscribed satellite TV which has approximately 40 channels including movie channels like Fox Movies Premium, HBO and MAX.

The are 2 kitchens in the property and it comes fully equipped with conventional and microwave ovens, a large refrigerator, an induction cooker, airpot kettle, bread toaster and coffee-maker. Hot beverages such as nescafe, milk tea, hot chocolate and Earl's Grey are provided on complimentary basis.

Security in this Villa is also ensured with a modern alarm system throughout the property to give you a peace of mind on your carefree holiday.

How do damage deposits work?

If Tong Chuan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
