The cottage On Murcone, is a village in BAUNEI, a beautiful Hill in the province of Ogliastra, Sardinia.

The municipality of Baunei, despite being in the mountains, near the sea, only 6 km from the town, in fact, is one of the most beautiful places of Sardinia PEDRA LONGA, with a beautiful sea surrounded by real mountains and emerald green water and inviting depth for snorkelers, swimmers or spearfishing. After a few kilometres, just 10 miles away, then there is the hamlet of Baunei in the seaside resort, Santa Maria Navarrese, summer residence of Baunei and also a tourist destination for those who love the sea.

The lodge is an old house in the historical centre of Baunei, expertly restored according to the rules of complete renovation and enhancement of the original materials and environments, but also in accordance with modern requirements of convenience and comfort.

The House is well suited to summer residence as it allows a stay a few kilometers from the sea in a hilly environment, then the evening cool and restful in how far from the typical movement of tourist areas. During the rest of the year, in spring, autumn or winter stay in this House is ideal for those wishing to explore the surrounding area, rich in natural beauty, wonderful trails for a mountain hikes with views of the sea, rock climbing, horseback riding, wine tours, mushroom picking, socio-cultural explorations etc. ...

The House has one room, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed. A modern and comfortable bathroom completes the accommodation.

Through a spiral ladder climb on the beautiful terrace with view over the Valley and on surrounding roofs, the old view of the Valley is beautiful, the terrace is aerated, but at the same time, sheltered from the wind. On a sunny day, in all seasons, eating in this terrace is a real pleasure, surrounded by beautiful views and sounds typical of country and nature the same time.

The House is equipped with all, cozy and well furnished, the cost is very low and competitive environment with sea residences.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
