Beautiful 2 bedroom that sleeps 4 comfortably. Steps to the pools, complex is gated with 24hr. security. Beaches are 15 minutes away by CAR. Close to CocoBongos, Imagine clubs, bars, restaurants, & shopping centers, parks and more.

The Space:

Apt is equipped with all needed appliances and amenities. A 42" TV (wall mounted) with a blue ray DVD player & DVDs, Netflix, Etc. Free WIFI & over 250 Cable Channels Ready. Sleeps 4 comfortably, and there is a new air mattress that sleeps two additional people if necessary.

Guest Access:

10 to 12 minutes from the Punta Cana Airport

15 to 18 minutes to some of the most beautiful white sandy beaches in the Caribbean. The complex has a free shuttle (must arrange with the complex Administrator Sun to Thurs leaves at 10 Am returns at 2 PM and Fri&Sat 10 Am to PM and back at 2:30 to 5 PM you can go from 10 to 5 PM but need to inform driver) to the beach daily. The Shuttle takes you to two Shopping centers (Plaza San Juan and Palma Real) before taking you to Jellyfish Beach. Transportation to Santo Domingo, Higuey and Romana outside the complex.

Interaction with Guests:

I am able to interact via WhastApp, email and texting, FaceTime. I have my property manager who lives in the complex (Tel number to follow after booking).

The Neighborhood

The complex is enclosed, but outside is vibrant with community of locals. There are lots of activities to be done in the area, such as: zip line, horse back riding, water sports, 4-wheels on the beach, snorkeling and much more. Hard Rock Casino, Bavaro Beaches, Playa Blanca are all just 15 to 20 minutes via car.

Santo Domingo is just 2 hours away via the newly built highway.

Getting Around:

A Rental Car is needed as taxis are expensive in the area. You can typically find rentals ranging from $15-40 a day including all fees. (I suggest checking with your credit card company for collision coverage. I always charge to my credit card and save money on insurance.) You can hire scooters to take you around as well. I have a friend that works at Punta Cana Airport that can help with Dollar Car Rentals and I am working on getting a driver that you can hire for your stay per day.

Other Things to Note:

There is a FREE shuttle bus that takes you to the beach and shopping center (just need to notify the Administration). The shuttle leaves daily at 10 AM and returns by 2 PM Sunday through Thursdays. Fri and Sat, the bus returns to the back at 2:30 PM until 5 PM. If you go at 10 Am and would like to stay until 5 PM on those two days, you may, but just must inform the driver.

Why can't I call Nicholas (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Nicholas (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nicholas (the owner) a message.

If Nicholas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
