This contemporary, stone built barn conversion is located in Kibblesworth, Gateshead and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Granary Barn is a modern, stone-built barn conversion is located in Kibblesworth, Gateshead. It is set over two floors with two king-size bedrooms with an en-suite bath and shower room, sleeping four people. Downstairs has an open-plan fitted kitchen and dining area. There is also a sitting room. Outside has a private patio area with a table and chairs provided, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Granary Barn offers a quality break in a lovely part of England.

Amenities: Oil central heating and electric heaters. Oven and hob, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. TV with Freeview, DVD player, a selection of books, games and DVDs and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stair-gate available on request. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Private patio overlooking open countryside with table and chairs. Sorry, no pets, no smoking. Pub 5 min drive, shop 3 minute drive. A network of footpaths and cycle ways to explore on the farm. Why not feed the chickens and collect the eggs.

Region: Northumberland is a heady combination of fishing villages, market towns, sandy beaches, magnificent castles and historic Hadrian’s Wall, tied together by beautiful countryside and abundant wildlife.

Town: The village of Kibblesworth is placed in the North East of England, 2 miles west of Birtley, Tyne and Wear. Mainly a rural community until the development of the pit and brickworks, the village offers some basic amenities including a park and a pub. It is close to the Bowes Valley Nature Reserve which was the site of a clay pit and brickworks but is now popular with dog walkers.
