From the owner

Beautiful townhouse near the centre of the lovely town of Beaumaris. The property is more than 100 years old and is a listed building containing many original features whilst benefiting from a recent refurbishment and modern facilities. Ty Capel (Chapel House) is situated next to the Chapel and Sunday school and was originally the Minister's residence.

Ty Capel is a large period property over three floors. On the ground is a large dining room capable of comfortably accommodating 8 guests a very well equipped kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and fridge freezer. Off the kitchen is a utility room, with washing machine and dryer and separate toilet. The ground floor is completed by a large bedroom, with King size bed, which also has a TV.

On the first floor is a lovely living room with a flat screen TV with SKY Sport, DVD player, CD player and radio. Wi fi is available throughout the house. Centrepiece of the living room is a beautiful wood burning stove. Also on the first floor is the large bathroom with a great, deep roll-top bath and a separate shower.

Three further double bedrooms are situated on the second floor. Each room is of a good size with one room having a King size bed and the other a Queen size bed. The third bedroom has twin beds.

The property benefits from a private completely enclosed rear courtyard with garden table and chairs plus parasol for al fresco dining for up to 8 guests. a great little suntrap in the summer.

Whilst situated in a quiet street the property is only a few hundred yards from the centre of Beaumaris with its boutique shops, pubs and restaurants. One of Beaumaris' main attractions the Victorian Gaol is 50 yards from the house with the castle and pier only a few minutes wall.

Ideally situated within easy walking distance of shops, pubs and restaurants and waterfront. Comfortable house suitable for a large family where you can feel relaxed.

Fabulous weekend away

Happy to return to this gem in Beaumaris. The house is warm, beautifully and tastefully decorated and very comfortable to stay in. The log burning stove a particular favourite. Would highly recommend.

How do damage deposits work?

If Kevin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
