A beautiful cottage dated circa 1610, set in the idyllic town of Beaumaris on the Isle of Anglesey. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and centre of town where you can sample the delights of the many local restaurants and pubs whilst taking in the dramatic views across the very picturesque Menai straits and Snowdonia mountain range. The cottage has been completely refurbished to offer a stylish, spacious, comfortable, well equipped accommodation. We also offer Pippin Cottage next door which sleeps up to 4 guests. This pretty cottage has a french country seaside style throughout and the attention to detail has been remarked on by many of our visitors. The cottage has a fully fitted modern kitchen and dining area with high ceilings and large skylights which floods the kitchen and dining area with natural daylight. The living room is a stylish relaxing space with an ingle nook fireplace complete with a log burner. Wooden floors are throughout the cottage. The cottage boasts a large south facing patio, with steps up towards a lawn area and walled garden. This is a beautiful sun trap and provides a superb family retreat and in the evening, a delightful space for alfresco dining. A BBQ is also provided. The accommodation is mainly on the ground floor and comprises 3 bedrooms, 1 king sleigh bed, 1 double and 2 singles in the loft bedroom, 1 of which is a pull out trundle bed and would be suitable for visitors up to the age of 12. The loft bedroom has skylights and views towards the Snowdonia mountains. This cottage offers a superb location for exploring the Island and Snowdonia.

Why can't I call Gill & Dave (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gill & Dave (the owner) a message.

If Gill & Dave (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
