From the owner

The Nook is a little gem that forms the entire ground floor in a purpose built select development of just three apartments situated in the heart of historic Beaumaris. The main Castle Street with it's restaurants, coffee shops and boutique shops are just 250 metres from The Nook.

The Nook has the benefit of being fully on one ground level, and has been thoughtfully furnished in a coastal style, to accommodate our guests for a relaxing and trouble free holiday.

Entering through the front french doors, the living area welcomes you to your holiday. Chocolate brown leather sofas, 32" LCD television/DVD player, shabby chic hand painted furniture, and luxury soft furnishings provide for an inviting and comfortable stay. The dining area leads into a fully fitted and well equipped cream shaker style kitchen area with a comprehensive range of modern appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine and ceramic hob.

A selection of DVDs, books and board games, together with a retro style DAB digital radio are available to to help create those special holiday memories.

A hallway then leads through to a contemporary shower room, with a large quadrant cubicle and powerful shower, and modern white fittings, and then on to the two bedrooms.

The Master Bedroom has a king size bed complete with pocket sprung, memory foam topped mattress for your comfort, Laura Ashley wallpaper and luxury soft furnishings, including a comfortable lounging chair.

The second bedroom has a convenient, comfortable bed, which starts off as a single, but easily slides out to create a king size bed (either setup can be prepared for your stay by our Housekeeper). Luxury Laura Ashley soft furnishings complete this bedroom.

Both bedrooms have a double wardrobe, and the Master also has a large Chest of Drawers and two bedside cabinets.

There are French Doors from the Master Bedroom leading out to a private, fully enclosed, rear courtyard garden.

BT Wi-fi internet access is available throughout The Nook.

Includes wifi internet access, integrated washer dryer, integrated dishwasher, integrated oven/grill and ceramic hob, microwave, integrated fridge freezer; 32" LCD TV/DVD player, retro style DAB digital radio, gas central heating, various board games, books, local Maps and DVDs.

Family-friendly - children's crockery, high chair, baby monitor, travel cot, dvds and games. All available at no extra cost.

On street parking is available on and around New Street, or alternatively on The Green in Beaumaris (for a nominal charge, daily (c.£3) or weekly (c.£12)), which is approx 5-10 minute walk to The Nook.

Strictly no smoking and no pets. All towels, bed linen, gas and electricity included.

Please note the nightly rates are based on Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday, at 80% of the weekly rate. Alternative short breaks are available on request.

Our love for Anglesey comes from many happy holidays there as children. We live in Stockport and now enjoy holidays there with our own children! We love to share this beautiful island with our guests and like to maintain high standards at all our properties which provide a home from home experience where you can fully relax and have everything you should need for a fabulous break. Although we are not able to meet our guests in person, we are always available to answer any queries by phone, email or text. We have great local management who can assist with any issue in person during your stay should it be required.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Claire (the owner) a message.

If Claire (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
