Located at Beaumont, high on Cambewarra Mountain, 10 mins from Kangaroo Valley township approx: 20 mins from Berry and Nowra. Accommodation details
Consisting of 3 buildings - the main house has 4 large bedrooms, 3 with queen size beds plus a combination library/bedroom with 2 king size single beds (which can be made into a Super King Size bed upon request), 2 ultra modern bathrooms and toilets, 2 large living areas, designer kitchen and a large indoor/outdoor patio.
The Tree House is a unique 2 storey loft style building built into the rainforest and sleeps 4, it has its own bathroom and kitchen (Our very popular and unique upstairs bedroom is made available upon request at an extra charge - please let us know at time of booking).
The 3rd building consists of a large games/exercise room complete with pool table a secluded bedroom with another queen size bed looking into the rainforest and now complete with a luxurious new ensuite bathroom.
Strictly no weddings or parties. Maximum number of guests allowed on the property is 14 at any time. Please no extra guests, this includes extra guests camping or staying in caravans on the property. Our local security firm does do drive-bys and will report inappropriate use of our property.
Ellywan is designed to accommodate family groups and we have a strict no party policy. Any disruption to neighbouring properties will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Any damages or extra cleaning costs will be charged to the credit card provided for the security bond.

Weekly pricing rates offered do not apply for a Saturday to Saturday stay (crossing 2 weekends)
The Fine Print:
Pricing is based on a max of 12 guests and property sleeps 14 with use of additional bedroom which is available on request for an additional fee. The rates calculated by this website are estimates only and may not include discounts or special rates. All rates will be checked by our staff.
* Please note a $40 booking fee applies to all bookings (non refundable).
* A security bond of $2000 is processed as a credit card pre authorisation with all bookings
