From the owner

Nestled down a 2km red dirt road lined with lupins in early summer, sunsets, and red cliffs that are worthy of the best pictures in Chelton,PEI. We are located on the island's south shore with warm waters perfect for anyone relaxing or for families to enjoy, explore, swim, and make endless memories.

Cottage rental are fully equipped with Wi-Fi, BBQs, fire pits, satellite tv, and picnic tables. All beds are queen size with linens included. With 7 units our cottages are ideal for families as well for family reunions, all you need is your beach towels :). Every cottage has a deck with Adirondack chairs to enjoy the views of the water, Confederation Bridge, Seacow Head Lighthouse, and our stunning sunsets. At the end of the property, we have a set of stairs going down to the beach. We also have coin-operated laundry facilities in a laundry building on the property and clotheslines at every cottage. We are pet friendly with a few rules.

We are located approximately 15 minutes to Summerside, 45 minutes to Cavendish, and 1 hour to Charlottetown, ideally located in the central part of the island, ideal for touring and exploring the whole island.

Why can't I call Chad (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Chad (the owner) a message.

If Chad (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
