Gorgeous Lakeside property with private garden, hot tub and patio set overlooking the lake and 12th green.

3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Sleeps 6 and the beds can be made as either 6 x singles or 3 x double beds.

For the overseas visitor Bedfordshire is an ideal central location with London just a 40 minute train journey from Bedford station. Cambridge is just a 30 minute drive away and major road such as the A1, M1, A421 and A14 all within an easy reach.

The cottages are beautifully set overlooking the lakes of the 12th green and within an easy walk of the clubhouse if you decide you don't want to cook.

The use of the Par 3 is free to the residents of our self-catering cottages and reduced green fees are available for our main 18 hole golf course. Day fishing tickets can also be purchased, with the residents of the cottage having exclusive fishing in front of their cottage, just perfect to nip in for a cup of tea or a nice cold beer from the fridge.

You will be made to feel very welcome at our family run golf course with the care that a big company is unable to match.

2 well behaved dogs are permitted to stay in Clive's Cottage. We request notice from guests should you bring your pooch with you. Dogs should not be left unattended without a crate in the property at anytime and we ask that they are kept off of the furniture. Any mess must be cleared from the garden before vacation.

Why can't I call Julie (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Julie (the owner) a message.

If Julie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
