The self catering Casurina Hill Villa is located on one acre plot of private property of prime land up Le Niol vallay. Its architectural characteristic of being modern but yet at the same time construted with a taste and amalgamation of traditional colonial style, ensures that it blends perfectly with its immediate pristine environment. The property is managed by its owners, a middle aged friendly indegenous couple. The two air conditioned spacious and luxurious villa is ideal for small groups of up to five, or family seeking for the perfect holiday with a taste of both fun and tranquility. Each bedroom fitted with en-suite tiolet and shower facilities, it spacious modern kitchen facilities and an open-air adjoining dining room overlooking the panoramic view of world reputed beach of Beau Vallon and Belombre, offers the perfect romantic dinning ambiance. Housekeeping service is available on a dialy basis. The villa's prime location of being located a few steps away from a series of interlinking trails which accesses the Morne Seychellois National park, Trois freres montain and Mare Aux Cochons ensures to natures lovers, an exciting and unique opportunity to discover the immaculate state of the nice flora and fauna of seychelles. It's close vicinity to the world renowned prime beach of Beau Vallon (10 minutes) and its several tourism related establishment offers to holiday makers access to a wide range of aquatic related activities and a wide range of restaurents offering both local, continental and international cuisine. The Casurina Hill Villa is only 5 minutes from the village stores, 15 minutes from the town center and 25 minutes from the Seychelles International Airport.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Patrick W (the owner) a message.

If Patrick W (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
