(Please note that, for guests that live within the Belfast Metropolitan area, we require ID for all guests to be sent to us in advance to check proof of age and the identities of those staying. We will also offer a meet and greet service in place of self service check in.

Our apartment is priced at the lower end for 2 bedroom city centre apartments with parking.

We aim to deliver clean, well stocked, comfortable standard accommodation.

We are not a luxury apartment and this is reflected in our pricing.

The apartment:-

Northern Ireland Tourist Board approved and fully insured for holiday letting.

Two bedrooms. One has a double bed. The other has two single beds. There's a sofa-bed in the lounge if you require three sleeping areas. A high chair and baby travel cot are available on request.

There's a small safe box to store passport, credit cards etc.

The flat has high speed fibre broadband and USB charging ports.

There's a patio for outdoor dining or relaxing (or smoking).

Location – the apartment is in the heart of the city with many shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. There are also a number of Chinese restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's only a few minutes' walk to the bus station, train station, theatres, museums, the university and botanical gardens. It's less than 10 minutes' walk to the main shopping area and major tourist attractions. So when you arrive, you can park in the parking place provided and relax as you won't need to take the car out again.

The apartment also benefits from not being part of an apartment block. When you open the front door you are directly on the street and have access to your car so luggage tranfer is easy.

Check-in – We offer self-service check in which means you don't need to meet up with us.

Essentials – We provide you with many of the basics including toothbrushes, ,shower caps, shampoo, shower gel, etc. You also don't need to worry about packing bulky items such as a hairdryer, towels, or an iron – these are all provided.

Arrival – So you can relax straight away, you will be welcomed with tea, coffee, milk, Netflix and Amazon Prime You can also catch up with your laundry as a washing machine and dryer are available.

Why can't I call Anthony (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anthony (the owner) a message.

If Anthony (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
