Your nightly rate includes all accommodations, exclusive enjoyment of the entire island, all meals prepared to order by the island cook, all local beverages, personal concierge services, housekeeping, boat transfers upon arrival and departure, Internet access, unlimited use of kayaks, paddle boards, catamaran, snorkeling gear and all other sporting equipment.

Hotel and sales taxes, discretionary gratuities, premium alcoholic beverages, spa services, optional private yacht, additional boat transfers, off island tours and activities, and special order food items.

There are 3 villas (one with 3 bedrooms and two with one bedroom for a total of 5 rooms.) The rooms have king beds in them, however we can configure them however you'd like. We can add a queen or two twins to any of the rooms. They are quite spacious and have plenty of room to hold three or four people in each. We recently have added on a Bunkhouse that can sleep up to 6! The room holds 3 sets of twin bunk beds. Great place to have the kids stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Bill (the owner) a message.

If Bill (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
