This beautiful, waterside apartment is located on the 2nd Floor of a 3-storey villa apartment. It has an air-conditioned bedroom with a king bed, a digital TV, a closet, a chest of drawers with a mirror, a nightstand with drawers, an ensuite bathroom, and glass windows and doors that lead directly to a balcony with deck chairs overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

It also has a 2nd air-conditioned bedroom with a queen bed, crib/toddler bed, a safety deposit box, a closet, an iron, ironing board, and 6 large double surround windows to allow panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea, inlet, pool, and Belize River.

There is also a large, fully furnished double sink kitchen with modern appliances, mahogany cabinets with ample drawers and counter spaces, a breakfast bar with bar stools, a wine rack, and a leather loveseat.

For added enjoyment, guests have access to our 40'x16' Infinity Pool with Overwater Deck, Poolside Terrace, picnic tables, and chairs!

A public transportation bus stop is located about 200 feet away.

The property sits on the edge of the waterside and offers a cool, refreshing Caribbean Sea breeze.

NO SMOKING POLICY: DO NOT SMOKE in the unit, only OUTSIDE.

Failure to adhere will result in a US$150 fine that will be deducted from your Damage Deposit, so as to cover the extensive cost of restoring the unit back to its smoke-free condition.
