The series Catana 50 is a catamaran of 15.20 m from a French production. It is recognized as one of the most performing catamarans, offering great comfort and a speed that cannot be compared to the traditional boats. It is perfectly equipped for sailing in any sea condition, with particular attention to the safety of guests. Carbon mast and composite structure sails. The catamaran has two 75 Hp engines, a watermaker for the freshwater supply and a power generator, as well as solar panels for the production of electricity. Sailing is a great pleasure. In every weather condition it is very dry: you will be sheltered in the cockpit under the big canopy, protected from rain squalls or sea sprays.
It's easy to sail upwind, two sliding daggerboards are used for a fast and efficient course. All running rigging are controlled near the cockpit, therefore the boat handling is very intuitive and a lot of fun.
