From the owner

The apartment is located inside an historical villa with 8 apartments.The building was the ancient dependance of the Villa Romeo (the descendant of the founder of the Alfa Romeo automobile marques live even now in the main Villa), just few meter from here. It's a very beautiful building, with granite abutments, cotto tiles in common spaces, and granite blocks in outdoor pavement. Internal flooring are in oak parquet. The common garden is wide and the guests can use it for all. Attic 2° floor: The apartment, with elegant finitures, is about 100sqm and composed by 1 big living room with table for dinner (enquire for double sofa bed), one small kitchen completely accessoriated, bathroom with bath tub, one big confortable bedroom with king size bed and separate twin bunk bed, one foldable extra bed, 4 terraces, closet and cellar. Furthermore the apartment offers, open air private parking closed during day and night. Ask for linen and towels (10€/pax)

Attico situato a pochi passi dal centro del piccolo paese , provvisto di tutto il necessario. Ideale per chi non ha grosse pretese ma vuole comunque godere di un piacevole soggiorno .

This was an amazing location and beautiful accommondation. The caretaker Monica was very friendly and very helpful. Would differently recommend this accommondation and location to by friends.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Maria (the owner) a message.

If Maria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
