We are centrally located with quick access to areas such as downtown, medical center, and museum district. Generally you can expect to spend less than 15 minutes driving to the Houston Zoo, Hermann Park, Galleria, NRG Stadium, Toyota Center, and BBVA Compass Stadium. And if you should choose to dine out for lunch or dinner, we have some of the most eclectic restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs close by. Happy to help with suggestions & directions.

ABOUT

The master suite has it's own bathroom with the two other bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Both bathrooms include all the basic essentials. Enjoy extra comfort during your stay with our super soft and eco-friendly bamboo sheets, pillows and a fluffy comforter included in every bedroom along with TV and cable access to over 200+ channels.

Breakfast can be provided courtesy of host who is a trained chef. Dinner can be provided for an additional cost. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking desires.

For families traveling with small children, we can provide a portable crib and high chair if needed. Please let us know when booking.

ACCESS

Guest will have full access to the entire downstairs which is completely secluded from upstairs with separate entrances and ability to park for free along street outside house.

ABOUT THE OWNER

I was born and raised in the Midlands of England but I have lived in Texas for the past 29 years. I love to cook, travel, read and listen to jazz. I’m married with 3 grown daughters. I was trained in Europe as a Saucier Chef in the classic style. Prior to coming to the states, I traveled to many countries all over the world and lived in Dubai UAE for 4 years. This has created in me an awareness and appreciation for many cultures. I own an Event Management company here in Houston and I am a certified NVQ service trainer.

(National Vocational Qualifications is the food service training standard of England) I have trained service staff for hotels, catering companies country clubs,and restaurants in the art of good service.

SURROUNDING NEIGHBORHOOD

We're centrally located in the exclusive neighborhood, Bellaire. There is easy and fast access to 610, Hwy 59, all major freeways, areas and attractions in Houston. Bellaire is very quiet, low-traffic and family-friendly. Enjoy the walking / biking path with tree lined streets, beautiful homes and access to parks and The Nature Center. Although we live in the 3rd largest city in America, Bellaire is small city inside the central loop of Houston with its own police, fire and municipal services that pride themselves on their quality of service and prompt response time.

GETTING AROUND

If you are planning to drive, you can expect to spend less than 15 minutes to reach most major attractions and other areas of Houston. At peak traffic times please ask us for the less traveled and fastest route to your destination. If you will be needing to take public transportation, there is a bus stop conveniently located less than a block away. Guests also frequently use Uber.

Why can't I call Patsy (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Patsy (the owner) a message.

If Patsy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
