Villa Manzara, Bellapais, Nr. Kyrenia is a Luxury Privately owned Villa with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms - sleeps 6. We are in a small secluded and extremely quiet development of only 4 properties, built within an olive grove - we still have 8 olive trees in our garden. We have a large private pool and an extensive patio area with BBQ, as well as a long private garden and drive to the front of the villa. Free Welcome Pack, free WiFi.

POOL TOWELS ALSO PROVIDED.

In mountain foothills, our villa is on the outskirts of Bellapais, near Kyrenia, and so a hire car is recommended. The villa is a 10 minute walk from Ozankoy, a typical Turkish Cypriot village with several restaurants and a small local mini-market. Our recommended car hire company offers hire car pick up and return at Ercan Airport in the North, or discounted transfers from Larnaca & Paphos in the South. They are a respected local company who offer a 24/7 contact. Please ask for more details.

There are stunning views from three patios and a balcony - enjoy gazing at the blue Mediterranean or the majestic mountain backdrop. Girne (Kyrenia) town centre is 10 minutes by car, a supermarket and a petrol station are within 7 minutes; small mini-markets, bars, cafes and restaurants within 5 minutes.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Peter (the owner) a message.

If Peter (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
