Wonderful accommodation in a single house surrounded by nature, private and comfortable, furnished with taste and attention to detail, with separate access. Available to guests sauna, turkish bath, solarium and large garden. Powered by renewable energy. It is located on the border with the Tennis Club and the Fisterre park. A 10-minute walk from the old town of Belluno. At Bed & Wellness a charging station for electric cars is available, 22kW power, socket type 2 Ideal for couples or families with small children and pets, who love the spirit of adventure and relaxation. The rooms have free WiFi network, sound system with cable or bluetooth to listen to your own music, Smart TV, with access to local card reader. The house is powered by a photovoltaic system and the heating system is electric infrared zero CO2 emissions. The accommodation available to guests include a bathroom with two showers. It is 15 minutes' walk from Belluno station, served by taxis. A 20-minute drive you can reach the Nevegal ski resort, where you can perform beautiful walks in summer. A 1-hour drive you can reach the ski resorts of Zoldo and Alleghe. A 80 km is the famous resort of Cortina d'Ampezzo. The Venice airport is about 80 km from Belluno.     How do damage deposits work?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mirko (the owner) a message.

    If Mirko (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
