Stylish and contemporary chalk barn with spacious, bright and airy rooms. Large private garden and patio with dining area and sunbeds.

Built in 1803, Sunnyside Barn at Bempton has been refurbished to a very high standard and retains many of its original features and charm. Much of the house has solid oak flooring and beams with exposed ‘A’ frame and chalk walls. The bedrooms and lounge have floor to ceiling oak French doors for that ‘living inside/outside’ feeling.

Additional amenities; Dishwasher, microwave, 600mm freezer, range cooker, 50" smart flat screen TV with fiber broadband, Alexa, JBL Bluetooth wireless speakers, luxury towels, bedding, dining area with tables and chairs inside and outside. Off road parking for 2 cars.

Highchair, travel cot, booster seat high chair, baby stair gates, toy box- all available on request.

Guest access - All areas. Whole house, garden and patio.

AMAZING STAY

We loved the Barn we didn't want to leave. Lisa is amazing host and so helpful. We stayed a week the barn is so well kept and stylish with a beautiful garden. We will be booking again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lisa (the owner) a message.

If Lisa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
