A beautiful villa set in quiet rural location with stunning sea views.

Originally a Portuguese farm house it has been extensively modernised to provide excellent accommodation. The villa, garden and pool are south facing and captures the best of the sunshine throughout the day. It is very private with sea views across the pool and panoramic scenery from the balcony.

The property is sub-divided so that both sides of the villa are mirrored each sleeping 4. Both sides have a kitchen, bathroom and lounge facilities. This makes it ideal for one large family, extended families or friends to occupy the whole villa whilst retaining a degree of privacy.

Our villa is managed by our local manager who lives just down the road. He will not disturb you but will pop by occasionally to make sure you have everything you need. We will also provide you with his details when booking so that if a problem does arise it can be resolved without delay.

We have tried to make the stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Sun loungers and parasols are provided, if these are damaged during your stay please speak to our local manager and he will be happy to find a replacement.

External dining is a must, and for this external tables and chairs are provided along with BBQ.

We have not installed AC as we have found with the thick walls on the building the villa remains cool. That said, we have installed ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living rooms.

We do have a travel cot and high chair if required. We also have an additional fold out bed if the need arises.

You can walk to Benigal beach, bars and restaurants from the villa down an off the beaten track. The town of Carvoeiro is 10 minutes drive for livelier bars, numerous restaurants, boutiques and shops.

The surrounding area is full of natural beauty with fantastic beaches some of which are remote and secluded. Numerous golf course and 2 water parks are a 20 minute drive.

The key thing about this villa is it's location. It is secluded, remote and not overlooked by other properties. Apart from the occasional dogs barking in the distance it is very quite.

On arrival the villa will be locked with the keys in a key safe. Our local manager lives just down the road and will pop down to make sure you are fully settled. He will be available for the duration of your stay to deal with any unforeseen issues that may arise. Full owner contact details together with our local manager will be made available if you decide to book. A pool engineer will attend during your stay to make sure the pool is maintained and cleaned. This will normally be early one morning and should not disturb you. The villa is cleaned once per week with the bathroom towels and bed linen changed. During a 2 week stay this will mean a slight inconvenience as the cleaners freshen up the place.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Keith (the owner) a message.

    If Keith (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
