This outstanding 3 bedroom apartment is situated in the community of Los Ecualyptus within the prestigious golf complex of Los Arqueros Golf and Country Club. The communal facilities include well maintained, mature gardens and a lovely pool area.

This elegant penthouse apartment comprises of a lounge/diner beautifully furnished with sofa, dining table and chairs and a TV. International channels and free WiFi. The lounge area enjoys patio doors which lead out onto a large, elevated south-west facing terrace furnished with quality terrace seating and table or alfresco dining. There is a fully fitted kitchen and a separate utility area for the washing machine and tumble dryer. The apartment enjoys A/C throughout.

The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and benefits from direct access to the terrace, as well as an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom is fitted with twin beds. Both the guest bedrooms share a guest shower room. All bedrooms enjoy lovely views over the gardens.
