This 2 bedroom, spacious top floor apartment has some spectacular views from its 2 terraces. The property is comprised of 2 good sized bedrooms, the master has fitted wardrobes, en suite master bathroom with shower over bath and double sinks. It also has access to the main terrace which has southwest facing views over Marbella, the Mediterranean, Gibraltar and across to north Africa.

The second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. There is a good sized fitted kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher and washing machine, coffee maker etc. The lounge and dining area is very spacious and has a large flat screen TV, dining table, comfortable L shaped sofa and leads out onto both the main terrace as well as the side terrace. There are 4 pools within the complex, one of which is an infinity pool and has onsite small bar/snacks bar. At least one of the pools is open all year round, the others and the bar in summer season.

Benahavis is a mountain village located just 7km from the coast, nestled between Marbella, Estepona and Ronda. The buildings within the village itself are ancient, small and traditionally Spanish white-washed, separated by winding, narrow cobbled streets that are lined with orange trees. Renowned for its restaurants, they call it the dining room of the Costa del Sol, it is above all else a picturesque place, where one can find incredible mountain and sea views.

The area around Benahavis is prestigious, largely due to its proximity to the coastal resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus. Boasting 12 of the Costa del Sol's 70 golf courses. There are many quaint little shops in the village, as well as market stalls and bars spreading across the streets. One of the main attractions is the square which is perfect for enjoying the local tapas, a cool drink or just watching the world go by.
