Free SUPERFAST FIBRE OPTIC Broadband Internet Connection with Wi-Fi and all the English TV Channels and a Full Sports Package in this quality apartment. Wireless Key for Smart phones and Tablets supplied free on booking in the information pack. This apartment is just 15 minutes from Malaga Airport by taxi not an hours drive like some other properties incurring large taxi fares.. This spacious apartment is situated in a quiet road in the Don Joaquin complex. It is walking distance to the beach and Benalmadena Marina with its varied selection of restaurants and shops. Apartment has a large lounge area 3 sofa's one of which is a 2 seater sofa bed and a 40" Smart TV flat screen, the dining area caters for 6 people with ease there is a fully equipped American style kitchen includes dishwasher ,washing machine and all the necessary equipment you may need to use in the kitchen. The master bedroom has en suite with 4 piece sanitary ware, in the fitted wardrobe there is a safe deposit box, key supplied free sun loungers and a travel cot. Second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes, bathroom is en suite with shower toilet and basin. The patio door leads onto the balcony with table and chairs and is not overlooked by any high rise buildings. Nice to sit out in the evening after a busy day and relax in private. We currently have many reviews on TripAdvisor which we hope will give you the confidence and peace of mind to book with us. Benalmadena is a great place for all ages to enjoy a holiday and a quality apartment to stay in while there in the right location for all the amenities that are on offer.

“Lovely spacious apartment”

Really clean, comfortable and well maintained apartment and residential complex. Located 5 minutes downhill to the nearest shops and bars albeit the nicer areas are more like 10-15 minutes away and a little longer on the way back as uphill. The balcony and pool are lovely. They are in the shade which is probably great in the summer but stopped us from using them much in October. Great communication from the owner. Would recommend.

“Perfect”

We're a family of 6 with 4 boys! 2 teenagers a 4 and 6 year old and all I can say is this apartment is perfect in everyway, with everything u need, a great pool and close to everything. We've been coming to Benalmadena for years and this is by far the best place we have stayed, so much so that we have booked for next year already for 3 weeks! Brian is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. Anyone thinking of booking this apartment do it as u will not b disappointed

Great location 19 mins from everything Lovely spacious apartment and large shared pool. Brian the owner makes sure you have every thing you need and is only a phone call away with any questions you have.Had a great time would recommend going there.

Booked this on the basis of other good reviews about Don Joaquin and not disappointed. Don Joaquin is a lovely small apartment block development-quiet, exceptionally well kept, lovely gardens and secure parking. Apartment was a really good size and well furnished. Great layout and 2 bathrooms which is a real bonus. Got the morning sun on the balcony which had a great lookout and partial sea view. Need to take a hair dryer but that's all. Flat screen 42ins TV with Freeview and could probably get Sky if you take your own card. We didn't use the Air Con as didn't need it. Very good communication with the friendly owners who were very helpful with advise regarding car hire, area info and very prompt return of deposit upon return of keys. There was everything you needed in local area although we did hire a car because we wanted to explore .You can look at this apartment on You Tube which we did. A very good holiday from start to finish.

We stayed here in March 2013 and found the the apartment to be a real home from home. It is in a great peaceful location and is close enough to walk to all the local amenities and also to enjoy the pleasures of the beach and Main Marina. There are plenty of places to eat and drink all within walking distance. The apartment is well furnished and has a great balcony overlooking the rear gardens. The separate 2nd bathroom and bedroom offer the extra guests some extra privacy if you were to be with a group of people. It is not directly overlooked by any close buildings ,Offering a nice relaxing atmosphere. The owners were very helpful and all the communications and transactions were dealt with efficiently and promptly. It is approached by a gated , secure, seperate parking area so no on road parking should you hire a car. We would not hesitate in returning tto the apartment and are already looking forward to going again later on in the year.

“lovely apartment in a good location”

Lovely apartment in a good location , marina about a 5 min walk and the town is 20 min walk . Close to bars, supermarkets and shops.Went with the in-laws which are in there 70s they found the hill a little problem but both have walking difficulty's .Got the train from the airport to benalmadena cost less than 2 euros ,taxis from train station to apartment cost 6 euros ,over all we had a lovely holiday and would defiantly return.

We loved the apartment. It was very well equipped, clean and peaceful. A home from home with everything you need in the kitchen. The kids loved the pool and the lifeguard was always on duty which was relaxing for us. A short walk to restaurants, bars or the beach meant we could easily enjoy what the area had to offer; the choice is amazing. There is a great outlook from the balcony, a great way to start or end the evening. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

This was a lovely apartment, which although situated on a hill was still very manageable. It was really convienent for the the Tourist Information office, shops and variety of supermarkets. We did not hire a car this year and really felt we didn't need it. The bus stop at the bottom of the hill makes it very easy to pop into Malaga,Torremolinos and Fuengirola. The train station 25 minutes walk away gives easy access to Rhonda, Malaga and further afield. The apartments are family friendly with a lovely pool and lifeguard. The Chinese Restaurants at the bottom of the hill are really good value for money and there is a really good selection of others close by. We would recommend visits to Malaga, Mijas village and Arroya de la Meil. The teenagers enjoyed the water parks and Tivoli World. A trip on the cable car is a must. A fantastic holiday in a lovely apartment!
