Location, Location, this bright spacious apartment has stunning sea views from the lounge and large bedroom and is directly across the road from the Santa Ana beach. Not only have you a fantastic sea view, the apartment overlooks your own private shared gardens and both an adults and child's swimming pool. You can have the choice of relaxing by the pool or going the few hundred yards across the road to the beach. There are sun chairs, parasols and beach towels provided which you can use while soaking up the sun's rays.

The apartment is bright and airy with concertina windows that open up the entire lounge and bedroom bringing the outside in, the electric shutters can come down when windows are opened or closed.

The Los Cisnes complex is located right in the centre of Benalmadena costa directly across the road from the newly opened five star Hotel Aleysa. The complex is immediately off the main road which runs through Benalmadena and is on the flat.

You can forget about the car, the bus stops are a few yards from the complex making travel about the costa region very accessible. One can easily hop on the local bus to Torromolinos, Fuengirola, Mijas, Marbella or go further afield to Malaga City where you can transfer to bus or train to visit some beautiful Spanish cities such as Sevilla, Ronda, or Granada to mention a few.

The apartment is well furnished for you to enjoy your time spent inside, there is 32" flat screen satellite TV with English channels, Wifi internet access, a DVD and CD player, so bring along some of your cd's to listen to some music while you relax by the opened up balcony area of the lounge with a nice cold drink in your hand watching the world go by and looking across at the blue mediterranean sea.There is also comfortable seating for 4 to 5 people. In the kitchen area a two ring hob, fridge, washing machine along with kettle, toaster, mirocwave etc.

If you wish to be a bit more active it is a five minute walk along the promenade to the award winning marina or five minutes in the other direction to Paloma Park.

“Easy Access to all Amenities”

Apartment was nice and clean & bright inside and had everything we needed beach towels, deck chairs and shopping trolley (if you are staying for a while)!!! Also easy to use UK TV Channels and a lift. Owner Evelyn kept us up to date on a regular basis and was very easy to deal with, totally hassle free. Great location across the road and down some steps to beach and restaurants. 15 mins uphill to train station. Bus route to Torremolinos and Malaga about 20 yards from Apartment block. 10 mins Walk to Benalmadena Marina. Pool and Garden areas spotless and very well kept. Overall great wee flat in a brilliant location and we would definitely use again!
