Ideally situated for the beach, local park and all amenities La Quinta is a great place to spend a holiday, It is literally 2 minutes walk to the beach and the beautiful Paloma Park is just across the road. This is a great place for all the family to enjoy with chickens and rabbits running freely, cafes to enjoy refreshments, children's play areas or just a lovely place for a stroll around the lake.

La Quinta is a popular complex due to its location. There are plenty of smaller touristy supermarkets around but for more choice and more competitive prices the main large local supermarket is about a 10 minute walk away. This area is known as Arroyo de la Miel where you will find shops, typically Spanish bars and restaurants, the train station and the local market is held here every Friday.

The apartment itself has an outside terrace which overlooks the road leading down to the beach, great for people watching.

On entering, the well equipped kitchen is on the right. It has a full oven and hob, microwave and a dishwasher. The kitchen has everything you would need, just like being at home. There is a small utility room that has the fridge freezer and automatic washing machine.

The lounge/dining area is a comfortable space with an L shaped sofa bed. There is a dining table and four chairs. The lounge has air conditioning/heating, a tv showing UK television channels and free internet.

The double bedroom has a fitted wardrobe and also has air con/heating. The bathroom has recently been reformed and has a large walk in shower.

There is a small outside terrace where you can sit and relax and watch the world go by.

The communal swimming pool is a place anyone would enjoy.

Although this apartment is marked as smokers welcome smoking is strictly not allowed inside the apartment. We ask our smoking guests to use the outside space and thank them for their co-operation.

There are no parking facilities in La Quinta so therefore it is on the street. It is free although a car is not necessary as it is central and close to everything.

Check in time for the accommodation is 16.00pm and check out is 10.00am but this is flexible and we try to have all our guests in and settled as soon as we can. If you have a late flight home you may want to consider booking an extra night.

Travel cots, pushchairs, high chairs, sun loungers, beach umbrellas, cool boxes, fans etc., are all available for hire. Enquire about rental costs. If there is something you need for your holiday that we don´t rent out ourselves let us know and we will try and source it for you.

Bed linen and 1 bath and 1 hand towel provided per week for each guest. Beach towels are not provided but are available for rent at a cost of €2.50 per guest per stay.

This apartment is managed by a husband and wife team, Nigel and Ann of BENALRENT. With nearly 20 years experienced in the holiday rental market we pride ourselves on the service we offer and in making your holiday stress free. We know how hard people work for their annual break, as do we. We have over 15 properties advertised on Holiday Lettings.

On your day of arrival you will be met at the property with the keys.

For guests with a flight arrival time after 22.00PM there will be a €30 meet & greet charge.

If flight times are not convenient with check in/check out times we can store your luggage for a small cost, depending on how long for.

The apartment was spotless, great location and we loved the pool. A few minutes walk to the beach and lots to do in the area. Has lots of home comforts and we would return as had a great holiday.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ann (the owner) a message.

If Ann (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
