Ideal villa to enjoy with the family, pool games for the little ones, table tennis, professional darts, table football, salt pool to avoid damaging the skin among other fantastic things

Villa sits on 650 square meters ground/garden. Stunning views from the living room.

Sun hits pool all day during summer. However, not everyone wants sun all day long...so if you want shade you just move to the 35 m2. shaded terrace from where you can watch your children.

Large shaded terrace facing the pool....40 sq. meters with sitting facilities for 20 persons.

There are steps from street level to the main entrance to the villa and then you enjoy fantastic views especially from the top 40 meters sq. terrace....fantastic sunrises and sun sets and 360º views!

WALKING distance to ...Arroyo de la Miel ( town ) 15 mins. ( many bars and restaurants etc. )... to Tivoly Amusement park..14 minutes....to cable car 15 minutes....to the beach 30 minutes walk downhill ( people usually walk there and take a taxi back for 6 euros.)

Area 100 per cent safe.

New public hospital within 4 minutes drive.

Prices include first trip to local supermarkets in my car ( only 10 minutes walk away but drinks etc. can be heavy to carry )

When you arrive I will be at the villa to take you for a guided tour and give you the keys.

The villa is large and it has 6 bedrooms and three bathrooms. Plot area 650 sq. meters. Villa 285 sq. meters.

Air conditioning in all rooms and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

Kitchen very well equipped.

I am not an estate agent and I provide a very good service.

Children are welcome and towels and sun towels are provided.
