From the owner

This Studio Apartment features a fully fitted new kitchen including oven, hob and Microwave. The recently reformed bathroom has a walk-in shower and washing machine. The living area has a TV with British and other European Channels, a double bed and a 3 seater sofa.

The apartment catches morning sun, it's easy to take the train from Malaga airport direct to Arroyo de La Miel station, a short walk or taxi ride away. There is a local bus stop outside the apartment block. It is also very close to Bonanza square with many bars and restaurants and just few minutes walk to the very popular Paloma Park and the beach.

Its a ground floor studio with ramp access and faces away from the huge Swimming Pool which has three lifeguards, Cafe, Bar with secure access enabling families to relax.

Jose, you fail to mention that there are actually 2 pools and the second pool was open during your stay. Whilst I understand your fustration that the larger pool was closed for repairs during your stay, you must understand that this was completely of of my control and I explained this to you during your stay. I went over and beyond to answer all of your messages during your stay. I am extremely Disappointed that you say you were defrauded as that simply was not the case.

How do damage deposits work?

If Warren (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
