Casa Joca is just around the corner from the center of Benalmádena-Pueblo, the ancient and authentic village at the tourist Benalmadena, sandwiched between Torremolinos and Fuengirola. The apartment is in a regular quarter, where especially the Spanish population. The apartment is part of the small-scale complex of 30 apartments. The central entrance is shared with 5 other apartments.

The apartment is located 15 minutes by car from the Malaga airport. Close to the exits of the motorway A7 and so easily accessible. If you don't have a car, you can directly from the airport gate in the station. You treint in 16 minutes to station Benalmádena (2.05 € charge) and get there on the bus (cost € 1.55) or take a taxi to Pueblo. The bus stop is 150 m from the apartment.

The apartment has a spacious and cozy living room, 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and 1 with 2 1-double beds, a baby cot can be placed in the room on request), a bathroom, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen and a large covered terrace/balcony. The terrace overlooks the town of Benalmádena and a large part of the Mediterranean Sea. From our terrace you can finally well see that the Earth is round!

The apartment is fully furnished. The master bedroom has a built-in wall unit, all beds have bedside tables.

In the kitchen you will find all the necessary equipment: induction hob, extractor hood, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, Dolce Gusto, kettle and toaster.

In the whole apartment has Wi-Fi. The smart tv has a total of 60 digital radio and tv channels and in addition, you can use ' Yomvi ' (video on demand) and internet tv.

On the terrace is sufficient furniture: you can not only relax but also eat. Meanwhile you can enjoy the magnificent view.

In the terrace garden on the ground floor you can use the swimming pool during the warmer months.

In the apartment there are bed linen and towels available.

In the apartment should not be all non-smoking and pets are not welcome.

The central location of the apartment you can easily both with own-as with public transport in cities such as Malaga, Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Mijas and Marbella. For longer day trips are also cities such as Granada, Seville, Cordoba and Gibraltar easily accessible. The beach of Benalmádena is 5 minutes by car from the apartment. There are 2 golf courses in the immediate vicinity (and Golf Torrequebrada Golf Benalmadena), in addition you will find many other golf courses within 15 minutes from the apartment. (Costa del Sol is also known as Costa del Golf.

Against separate payment of € 50 per week you can make use of the underground and closed car park, where you will find 2 parking places.

Opportunities for long-term-stay (winter?) are also negotiable month more favourable rates.

Geweldig appartement in Benalmadena!

In november 2015 dit appartement bezocht. Voorzien van alle gemakken en heeft een fijne rustige ligging in Benalmadena. Met het openbaar vervoer liggen alle bezienswaardigheden binnen handbereik.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send John (the owner) a message.

If John (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
