From the owner

A modernised, well equipped and spacious 1 bedroom apartment, located within the popular village of Arroyo De La Miel, Benalmadena. Ideal for couples or families to rent with a choice of short or long term rental options. Only a short distance from the beach, local amenities and entertainment venues, of which there are many to suit all tastes.

The bathroom has just had a total refurbishment and there is no bath just a walk in shower with sunflower shower and smaller attachment for children.

The apartment has a brand new smart TV offering a large number of British Channels, there is a safe in the apartment but also there are safe deposit boxes in reception if required which can be accessed 24 hrs a day.

There is a ramp to the lifts, therefore enabling wheelchair access, there are 5/6 lifts in total.

The apartment offers a balcony overlooking the swimming pool which catches the sun all day and late into the evening.

The apartment offers air conditioning in the living area operated via a timer.

Although there are ample bars and restaurants that offer a wide variety of cuisine, the kitchen in the apartment is well equipped so cooking in the apartment and eating in isn't a chore. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk and offers good value for money and excellent choice of local produce.

The apartment is only a short taxi ride from Malaga airport (approx 15-20 mins), alternatively the train is a cheap option and costs approx. 5 euros for 2 people one way. The train station is a mere 10 minute walk from the apartment complex through the Arroyo de la Miel Village.

The swimming pool is open from May through to October and has a resident life guard at all times. The pool is a good size and there is also a childrens pool situated next to it. There are also toilet facilities within the pool complex. There is a snack bar open 7 days a week on the pool side which is very reasonably priced and offers an excellent selection of food and snacks throughout the day, which caters for adults and children. The pool is open Mid May to Mid October and has a lifeguard on duty during opening hours. The pool is closed to guests off peak but the garden area is open all year and guests are welcome to use the garden area to sunbathe and relax. Unfortunately sunbeds are chargeable as the monies raised for the sunbeds go towards paying for the Life guard as the pool is funded by all the owners and residents who pay a Community charge.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Karina (the owner) a message.

If Karina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
