“Villa Yolanda del Mar” refurbished to a high standard, boasts a Stunning Sea View and is located in the popular urbanisation of La Vista, Benalmadena Pueblo, close to all amenities. The Beautiful Garden also has fruit trees, a grapevine, and a Feature Wishing Well. There is a good size Private Pool, with a separate walk-in shower area. You will find sun beds around the pool and pool lighting for the evenings. In addition to this you will find a BBQ area for Al Fresco Dining. There are different Terraces/Seating Areas for all times of the day, all of which are completely safe for children thus making this an "Ideal Family Holiday Location" and a "Perfect Retreat for Total Relaxation!"

There is Air Conditioning/Heating fitted throughout and free WiFi. The recently refurbished modern kitchen is more than adequately furnished with, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, and all that you need for your self-catering holiday. There is also a breakfast bar area in the kitchen. In addition to this you will find a separate Utility Room with washing machine and area for drying clothes. The Lounge is spacious, with 3 large windows making it Bright & Cheerful. There is a working Feature Fireplace for those colder winter nights, plus a further Dining Area. There are 2 large Brand New Comfortable Leather Sofas with movable head positioning for your comfort, central coffee table, Flat-Screen TV & Stereo System and a Freeview Box for UK channels. On the Ground Floor level there is a newly Refurbished Modern Bathroom, with toilet and shower facilities. In addition to this there is a Seating Room/Bedroom with a Good Quality Sofa Bed. There is also an office work desk in this room.

All 4 bedrooms are found upstairs, all with new quality beds, fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage space throughout. 3 of the bedrooms have patio door access that lead out on to the Shared Terrace Area, complete with Table & Chairs, and overlooking the Pool, Gardens and out to Sea. The Master Bedroom has its own Private Terrace furnished with Table & Chairs. In one of the bedrooms please note, it is possible to zip the 2 single beds together to make a King Size bed if required.  *You must let us know if you require this in advance. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and there are ceiling fans in addition to the air conditioning. There are 2 large recently refurbished modern Family Bathrooms located upstairs. One bathroom has a large modern walk-in shower the other family bathroom has a sunken bath and large modern shower cubicle.

Transport is not necessary for this property, as everything is within easy walking distance, however should you be taking car hire; there is secure Garage parking for 2 cars if required. Airport transfers can be arranged if required; please ask us for a quotation. We can also offer local trips, Water Parks, Tivoli Theme Park, Mijas, Ronda, Gibraltar....etc... *Booking in advance is recommended.

At the back of the property there is the benefit of a back gate entrance which cuts out a good part of the walk into the village. There is exterior security lighting all round the property.

"Although only a few minutes from the village, the villa is in a quiet residential area and you will be able to enjoy peace, tranquility and fabulous views. If you are looking for singing, dancing or loud music, then this is not the place and you may be better to look for somewhere on the coast.The law is that no music may be played after midnight and out of respect to the other villas close by, we have a policy of keeping noise to a respectful level at all times but especially after midnight."

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Emily (the owner) a message.

If Emily (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
