This beautiful and spacious villa with private pool, garden and several sun terraces is ideally placed for a relaxing holiday while at the same time it is within easy reach of all the main attractions and bustling life that the Costa del Sol has to offer. The entire property is made up of the main villa with 6 bedrooms over 3 levels plus an adjoining 2 bedroom house. There are three lounges, the lounge on the lower level is particularly good for entertaining with a fireplace, bar, Large TV pool table and table tennis. Outside there are several terraces offering sun & shade. The terrace on the ground floor comfortably accommodates 17 people for al fresco dining. The master bedroom opens directly onto the terrace by the pool. There is a large terrace on the upper floor ideal for sunbathing. The garden is well maintained with a large private pool, and sun loungers, Beach towels are provided. There is ample parking for several cars within the villa gates. Pets are welcome if they are house trained and kept under control. Smoking is only permitted outside.

She will also be contactable if you have any difficulties. Tivoli World, Aqua Park, water sports and several golf courses are among the many attractions along the coast which are within easy travelling distance of the villa. Benalmadena Marina, with all its shops, bars and restaurants and night life is a 12 minute drive from the villa and a taxi ride will cost approximately €12 and will take 4 passengers. Trains run every half hour and busses run every hour and are both within easy reach. Benalmadena Pueblo is a 25 minute walk away and is well worth a visit.

    Villa absolutely perfect for the family (11). Big pool cleaned regularly. Local taxis good and efficient. Nearest beach with bar 1.7 km. Puerto marina 15 mins away. Loads of space in the villa.
