Enjoy a relaxing holiday in Villa Lino – a spacious and very private 3 bedroom villa with unbeatable views!

Villa Lino offers a lovely balcony off the living area with outside dining and a barbecue overlooking a lush and beautifully maintained garden with lawn and spacious, private pool. On ground level you will find the entrance hall, an ample, classic salon with dining area and open kitchen, very well equipped and very generous in size; a big bedroom with full en suite bath, a guest toilet and the laundry room. On the first floor, the villa offers two further spacious and bright bedrooms, each with private bathroom and private balcony.

There are three french glass doors giving access from salon, dining area and kitchen to the spacious balcony. From here you can enjoy views of the garden and in continuation, nothing but pure nature; unbeatable views onto the “La Janda” Valley. The salon offers wifi and satelite flat screen TV. There is airconditioning in the salon and all bedrooms. All three bedrooms are very spacious and bright with white walls and terracota tiles. They all offer build in wardrobes, french glass doors to the private balcony (first floor bedrooms) or private terrace (ground floor bedroom). The private en suite bathrooms offers bathtub and separate shower.

The garden is one level down from the balcony and very private. Here you find a lush garden with lawn, a big private pool and sunbeds. A perfect place to enjoy your holidays in rural settings.

One car can be parked in the entrance of the villa or for guests that do not like to park on inclination, two side street are very close by.

Villa Lino is a very nice and well equipped villa, equally suitable for families or a group of friends or golfers. As all bedrooms are of similar size and equipment the villa is very good for a group of adults travelling together.

Villa Lino is situated on a private road in the Urbanization Las Lagunas, which borders with the La Janda Valley, before entering the closed-off resort.

How do damage deposits work?
